The Weped FF is a scooter built for high-powered events, racing, and riders that enjoy a lot of torque and acceleration. It's more of a holding-on scooter than a scooter for cruising about on. The Weped SST is a hyper scooter that is very quick — we're talking skin-peeling fast. To put that in context, typical GPS speedos (most GPS speedos) jump double digits as the SST speeds. Expect to reach 60 miles per hour in 6-8 seconds and 80 miles per hour in less than 12 seconds. At maximum power, the SST will completely deplete battery charge; expect ranges to dip below 20 miles if you maintain the throttle wide open for an extended length of time. The SST is a 72-volt scooter with a 3240-watt-hour battery, which is a massive amount of energy. It speeds rapidly and stops promptly - instead of the typical NUTT brakes, WEPED has their own branded brakes on the SS/SST.

The WEPED Fs is a hyperscooter that slams into the hyperscooter category with its ultra-fast, huge, meaty scooter. There are basically no other scooters in this power range, to be honest. The RION scooters (most notably the RION THRUST and RE90) are in this power range, but there aren't many other electric scooters that can produce more than 16kw (yep, 16 KW PER MOTOR). The two BLDC hub motors can accelerate to 80mph in less than 12 seconds, with a potential peak of over 800amps. However, how you ride it is essential, since the Weped Fs (like the FF) may overload the controllers, causing a voltage drop and full cut out (only solvable by plugging the charger in to wake the controllers).
